Returns & Refund Policy

At Glamoura Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns

 

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Please note that, due to the nature of our products, certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons (such as opened or used beauty products).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund

 

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable)

  • In some cases, we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

 

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is

defective or incorrect.

In some cases, you may not be required to return the item.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank
